The owner of an award winning winery and his wife built this retirement home in the hills of Sonoma Valley in the California Wine Country. They modified our Mendocino plan / panelized building kit to meet their needs for wine storage, a personal gym and ample entertaining space while building with energy conservation in mind. Some of the energy saving features included solar panels, ample shading of windows on the south side, radiant floor heat and the use of our factory built framing system.

As our framing plan/building kit is a clean palette of just the bones of the structure the style and finishes are left up to the client and their dreams.  Working closely with one our customer service representatives / dealer's, North Coast Package Homes, this home lived up to the hope and vision of the clients as an earth friendly method of construction that allowed a complete customization, both of space and finish.
