Because of the fast build of a PMHI package, PMHI usually delivers the complete package on one day. In this case four tractor-trailers were required for this package and were delivered on two different days. For this job, the narrow lot would not allow for the entire house package to be set on the parcel, especially since the forklift could not get to the backyard. Instead, the customer hired laborers to place the loose lumber in the backyard with the first floor placed on the foundation or on the very small front area. The second delivery was placed on the second floor, the third floor and the trusses on top of the first floor and the front yard area.
After the PMHI package construction was completed on site the customer managed the remainder of the project. The overall design and especially the radiant colors reflect the customer's personalities and expertise in the art world.
